Roof repairs & leak detection
We investigate leaks through detailed roof and ceiling inspections, with controlled water testing when required.
Once the source is identified, we carry out targeted repairs to damaged tiles, flashings and other affected areas, with clear advice before any work begins.

Roof washing & coating
We provide roof washing using pressure suited to the roofing material to remove dirt, moss and organic growth safely.
Where coating is required, we prepare the surface and apply a compatible protective system to improve weather resistance, restore appearance and help extend the life of the roof.

Pointing Work (Flexible Mortar)
We remove loose or deteriorated pointing from ridge, hip and barge tiles, clean and prepare the surface, then apply flexible mortar to restore a neat, continuous weatherproof seal.
This helps secure the tiles, improve weather resistance and extend the life of the roof.

Re-roofing & Roof Carpentry
For suitable roofing systems, our team handles the complete re-roofing process, from removing the existing roof through to fitting and finishing the new roofing.
Damaged or misaligned timber battens can also be repaired, reinforced or replaced as required.

Lead work
We repair, replace and dress lead flashings around chimneys, valleys, walls, roof penetrations and wherever lead protection is required, including window sills and other exposed junctions.
The lead is shaped and folded to suit each detail, providing durable weather protection while preserving the character of the building.

Gutter cleaning & repairs
We remove leaves, moss and debris from gutters, check outlets and flush downpipes to restore proper water flow.
We also repair or replace damaged gutter sections and joints to help prevent overflow and protect your eaves and walls.

High & soft pressure washing
We select the washing method and pressure to suit each surface.
Soft pressure washing is used on delicate roof and exterior finishes, while controlled high pressure washing is reserved for suitable materials to remove dirt, moss and built up grime while protecting the surface.

Moss & lichen treatment
We apply a specialised treatment suited to the roofing material.
It works gradually with rain and natural weathering to treat moss, lichen and algae, allowing the growth to break down naturally without unnecessary pressure on the roof surface.

Skylight Repairs & Replacement
We inspect leaking or ageing skylights and the surrounding roofing to determine whether repair, resealing or replacement is the right solution.
Where replacement is required, the new skylight is carefully integrated with the existing roof and correctly flashed for durable weather protection.
